Neil Klemme

Neil Klemme has served as the Youth Development Educator with the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Division of Extension since 2012. He has a bachelor’s degree in Human Development from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, and a master’s degree in Youth Development from Michigan State University. In this role he is responsible for the development of programming throughout the county that helps young people gain skills that make them thriving adults. He works to create opportunities for Iron County youth to lend their voice to local leadership and decision making in local government and on several nonprofit organizations. He works to expand people’s understanding of what a 4-H program is. He has been married to his wife Kari for 21 years and has two children ages 15 and 16 who attend the Hurley High School.
