Roxanne Lutgen is a semi-retired CPA and attorney, with experience in contract law, auditing, budgets, financial accounting, and higher education administration.
Ms. Lutgen received her bachelor’s degree in business administration, French, and computer science, magna cum laude, from St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin. She earned her MBA with emphasis in accounting, summa cum laude, from University of Phoenix, then earned her juris doctor, magna cum laude, from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Wisconsin and licensed as a CPA in Wisconsin. Ms. Lutgen serves on the Fe University Board and the Mercer Library Board, and also serves as Fe University’s Treasurer.
