Understanding the Second Amendment (Miller to Heller to Bruen)

A compendium of the history, constitutional, judicial and legislative development of our right to bear arms. This class will explore the origins, development and meanings (plural) of the Second Amendment, from the gunfight at the OK Corral to the textual, originalist and structural methodologies of the United States Supreme Court.

This class will take place at Mercer Library on October 5, and at the Iron County Board Room in Hurley on October 12. 

We plan to offer this class in the Ashland/Washburn/Bayfield area in the future.
