Still Learning 4: Our Amazing Boomer Bodies

$10.00This course will take place on November 12 and 19 in Mercer, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., with Peggy Bronsberg.
Participants will explore how changes seen in the U.S. and the world over the last 60+ years have impacted our health status and expectations, and longevity. Health behaviors and practices which can impact quality of life in our later years will be discussed. Guidelines for beneficial use of the internet for personal health research will also be covered.
The course will be given in two sessions, each 120 minutes long, at the Mercer Community Center. There will be no prerequisites for taking this class. No required readings. Discussion and sharing with small groups and the class will be highly encouraged. Please do bring your smart-phone to class!

Student Cancellations: If a registered student cancels, registration can be refunded if requested 4 or more days before the course’s start date. We’re afraid cancellation requests made 3 or fewer days before the course’s start date are unable to be refunded.
