Still Learning 2: Be Informed, Be Smart, Be Sure

$10.00This course will take place May 9, 16, 23, and 30, 12:30-2:00 p.m., at the Iron County Board Room in Hurley, with Roxanne Lutgen and Ryan Long.
Drinks and snacks will be provided. Students are welcome to bring their own lunches.
In this 4-part course, we will help you think through your estate planning decisions by learning about the estate planning documents that everyone should consider, from wills to trusts to powers of attorney. In addition, we will discuss the probate process and review some cases showing what happens if you don’t plan ahead to avoid probate. Finally, we will discuss the growth rate in our senior population, the impacts of the caregiving crisis, and the benefits of long-term care planning.

A course with less than 4 students 2 weeks before the start date may be cancelled at instructor/FeU discretion, with students’ registrations refunded. Student Cancellations: If a registered student cancels, registration can be refunded if requested 4 or more days before the course’s start date. We’re afraid cancellation requests made 3 or fewer days before the course’s start date are unable to be refunded.
