SUMMARY:Still Learning 2: Be Informed\, Be Smart\, Be Sure
DESCRIPTION:This course will take place May 9\, 16\, 23\, and 30\, 12:30-2:00 p.m.\, at the Iron County Board Room in Hurley\, with Roxanne Lutgen and Ryan Long.\nDrinks and snacks will be provided. Students are welcome to bring their own lunches.\nIn this 4-part course\, we will help you think through your estate planning decisions by learning about the estate planning documents that everyone should consider\, from wills to trusts to powers of attorney.  In addition\, we will discuss the probate process and review some cases showing what happens if you don’t plan ahead to avoid probate.
