SUMMARY:Still Learning 4: Our Amazing Boomer Bodies
DESCRIPTION:This course will take place on November 12 and 19 in Mercer\, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.\, with Peggy Bronsberg.\nParticipants will explore how changes seen in the U.S. and the world over the last 60+ years have impacted our health status and expectations\, and longevity. Health behaviors and practices which can impact quality of life in our later years will be discussed. Guidelines for beneficial use of the internet for personal health research will also be covered. \nThe course will be given in two sessions\, each 120 minutes long\, at the Mercer Community Center. There will be no prerequisites for taking this class. No required readings. Discussion and sharing with small groups and the class will be highly encouraged.
